Install Fails during boot v3.1.0

I am sure HP ILO was working with PetaSAN installers in the past, cannot say for sure with version 3.1. But i would double check the iso is fine, attached correctly and maybe connection issues.
Have you tried connecting from local iso file rather than media url ?
