Diagnostic/troubleshooting tools in UI

I believe it would help a lot to improve troubleshooting efforts if we could export or manage config related to debug and logs from UI.

Something like "Troubleshooting" section with options like:

 

  • Export Logs (OSD, iscsi, kernel, etc..)
