Petasan creates perfectly and all three nodes are added.
Everything seems to work, nice and fast, until I come to create a disk.
Disk creation seems to be OK, then I click on create and it just hangs. It reports it is waiting for the node to respond and just sits there.
I have tried all three management nodes with the same response.
I am assuming this is not normal as in all the videos disk creation seems pretty quick.
Thanks
Tony

In the dashboard do you see all 24 OSDs up ?
can you use ssh and get the output of the following commands:
ceph status --cluster CLUSTER_NAME
ceph osd tree --cluster CLUSTER_NAME
rbd ls --cluster CLUSTER_NAME
Also on the management node you try to add disk from, do you see any errors in:
/opt/petasan/log/PetaSAN.log
Also it will help to check system resources ( cpu/ram/disks busy) using atop command
