Dashboard picks CEPH OSD TREE output , Does not show approproate Output.

This is my output of my ceph osd tree of one of the storage nodes. ::
the ID 10 does not have any OSD associated with it, OSD creation node_manager_disk.py process was killed in the middle, and this shows an OSD ID created and marked as down, The dashboard picks this up and shows that the OSD disk is DOWN. but the dashboard does  not list any OSD ID , shows empty list.
How do i remove this entry ???

use ceph commands example ceph osd destroy
