Error during installation

I got an error during the installation of a node, in which the web interface does not come on. Here the errors:

Timed out waiting for device /dev/disk/by-uuid

Dependency failed for /opt/petasan/config

Dependency failed for Local File Systems.

I have reinstalled several times and the problem persists, can you help me? I'm on version 3.1

One more detail, when accessing the linux console via recovery mode, I verified that the configuration files were not created in /opt/petasan/config.

any errors in /opt/petasan/log/PetaSAN.log on any node

any /var/log/syslog errors

are the disks writable ? do they have enough space ?

The installation disc is burnable and has enough space.

Anything special about your hardware ? are you using local physical disks ? are you booting from same drive you installed on ?

I already managed to solve and install the clusters, the problem was that my HBA controller was shredding data during the installation.
