I have just installed petasan and have set machine name as testnode , have not created any cluster or anything just simple installation ( wasn't asked to set any password during installation ) was only asked set name.
When opened command line it asks me username and password , typed "testnode","admin","root" and gave default password of Petasan which is "password" . Still unable to login into the terminal.
What should i do.

You need to deploy the node, access it via browser on port 5001. The blue screen display should tell you this, also have a look at the quick start guide.
