PetaSAN installer Fails while creating new Cluster." Internal Server error "

Trying to install PetaSAN version 3.0.0 and 3.1.1. After the node installation, when selected with Create new cluster. The page displays error like "Internal Server error" and fails here.
I have no problem with 3.2.1 iso.  We need specifically 3.0.0 to be installed.

hard to say, but certainly these version do work without issue.
