We were testing the upgrading the PetaSAN version from 3.0.1 to the latest version, this is being tested in the virtual environment. Found this problem happening while the network interfaces in the OS fails to come up with the newer kernel after taking the reboot. The interfaces are marked as down and even in the blue screen the naming interfaces does not work as expected, it jumps into CLI (apparently it should show the list of interfaces).
The error that comes up at the boot time is " Failed to start Raise Network Interfaces "
Also after reboot and ran with previous kernel version in the GUI seeing a lot of issues as well.

This was the standard PetaSAN installation, no additional packages or changes were done of any sort.
