I am build a cluster of 6 nodes.
In that i need two node failure, so for that i need minimum of 4 monitor.
In Petasan i didn't find a way to add 4th Management and Monitoring Services.

you can use ceph cli commands to add monitor on node 4,5
Note that default PetaSAN setup allows 2 node failures, but not 2 out of the first 3.
