we've had a bad drive which we returned to vendor and it took a while but now I finally got a replacement drive. Unfortunately our Petasan GUI is broken so it doesn't show /nodes/list (nginx Gw timeout 504) as I've mentioned in another post and I know you have options there but unfortunately not available to me..
So now I got a new drive installed and I need it to replace OSD30:
ID CLASS WEIGHT TYPE NAME STATUS REWEIGHT PRI-AFF
-1 220.07996 root default
-3 44.01599 host CEPH01
0 hdd 7.33600 osd.0 up 1.00000 1.00000
1 hdd 7.33600 osd.1 up 1.00000 1.00000
2 hdd 7.33600 osd.2 up 1.00000 1.00000
19 hdd 7.33600 osd.19 up 1.00000 1.00000
20 hdd 7.33600 osd.20 up 1.00000 1.00000
30 hdd 7.33600 osd.30 down 0 1.00000
The new disk shows as sdh
brw-rw---- 1 root disk 8, 112 Apr 25 12:31 /dev/sdh
What are the steps to make it an active OSD without the UI option?
Thanks,
Cheers, Jure
