After configuring petasan the servers CPUs are at max frequency. Before configuring it at minimum values, the moment after configuring or adding it to a cluster it at its max values. Due to that my servers are that high power conceptions.
Is there any way that i can do to reduce the cpu frequency.

Version 3.3 is due any day now. It will include a feature to centrally control performance profiles which are applied to all nodes, you can have custom profiles than do not set cpu freq to max.
