this is a warning, you can try to increase the scrub speed from the Maintenance -> Scrub Speed ui page
do not increase the speed too fast if you have hdds or slow hardware, always check resource utilization charts for cpu/disk % util.
you can also change the speed in a custom way instead of the presets speed from the same ui page, moreover you can take full control of scrub parameters from the Configuration -> Ceph Configuration page.
