Cannot add NFS support

After testing/using PetaSAN for quite some time with a lot of mistakes on my behalf (like this one or this one) for instance or but... being able *always* to recover the data and the system up and running...
Now I hit a roadblock again that I didn't notice and I believe it was since last fail/upgrades etc... Cannot add NFS shares...
Currenlty the cluster is like this...

objects: 500.86k objects, 1.4 TiB

pgs: 385 active+clean

client: 364 KiB/s rd, 44 MiB/s wr, 3 op/s rd, 136 op/s wr
My questions...
Is because of the lack of the monitor out of quorum that I cannot create de NFS service?
I have been reading here on the forum other comments and I realised that I need a file system before creating a NFS export... I cannot create the NFS export because I need the filesystem but I also cannot create the filesystem because it gives me an error.... Tried to check the logs and no error jumps out...
