great job with PetaSAN. How i can help with it development (maybe do some testing future releases) ?
Do you accept donations $ ?
There is any volume size limitation ? I want to build 1PB storage exported via iSCSI as one LUN.
Best regards
Janek

Thank you very much for your comments.
Definitely you can help such as:
- Testing under various configurations, you probably have more hardware than us.
- We are also looking for feature recommendations for larger installations
- We do not accept donations but we will be offering commercial support option soon.
- We will setup gitub so is will be possible to send code fixes/enhancements
- We also look for performance optimization for different hardware, we look to expanding our list of pre-packaged tuning templates for specific hardware models
There is no internal size limits in PetaSAN. The ui slider for iSCSI disk size ends at 100 TB but you can easily change it or even create disk via the command line and attach them in PetSAN. The 100 TB slider limit was put because in many use cases 100 TB is enough..VMWare has 64TB limit on datastore, Hyper-v has same limit o VHDX. It way be possible to format NTFS at 1 PB, but i do not think even Microsoft tested it at that scale.
