problem creating cluster 1.4

I've started from scratch twice now, same issue. Is there any way to upload pics here? At this link I put a couple of screenshots, one shows what happens (spinning wheel for hours, still spinning) plus the PetaSAN log from node 3.  Link to screenshots is https://photos.app.goo.gl/Z8oHjSkUtINqauUe2

I may have created a problem when I checked the box to use jumbo frames. Starting over, this time without them. Will report back tomorrow
