Make it possible to select between Bluestore or Filestore

On the forum i read that bluestore is the choice for all flash systems.  Sometimes it is better to have Filestore used.

I think in my settup it would be better to use filestore, but then i need to stay with version 1.5 wich means no new features or bug fixes.

My setup is :

8 nodes with each a mSata for the os, 1 nvme 512 gB and 4 TB HDD.

I'm using it for vmware connections, and write speed is to slow using bluestore.
