The Iscsi screen has the correct IP's but when checking the Paths, the IP's are still using the old IP's. What is your recommendation for rebooting the whole stack?

To apply new setting on old disks, stop the disk, detach the disk (this removes all iSCSI data from Ceph rbd image) then re-attach it , this will add iSCSI path information with the new ips.
