For RAID, do not use RAID redundancy for your data disks, since Ceph has built in redundancy and self healing, it works best without it. The real gain of your controller is to provide a write back cache which will give better performance, set the disks to single volume raid0 or jbod (of supported with cache).
For OS/system disk you may like to use RAID 1, but it is not critical as the system can tolerate a node being down.

I have IBM X3650 M3 Server contain :
1- (4) hard disks ( LSI EFI SAS Driver , Size 146 GB , 10 RPM , IBM FRU : 4200633 , IBM P / N : 200636 )
2- (2) Processor ( Processor Speed 2.67 GHz , QPI Link : 6.4 Gt/z
3- Memory speed 64 GRAM
4- in my Raid Config i make each 2 hard disk in VD via RAID 0 so i have 2 VDs
- No Redundancy ( ok )
- in Write Back Option i have three options ( 1- write Through , 2-Always write Back , 3- write Back with BBU ) which Recommended Option .
- i make Recervation for my network interfaces MACs in my DHCP ( Can i give the PetaSAN The Same IP ?? or Not ) i give PetaSAN the same IP .
5- then i install PetaSAN.iso and complete all steps when i reboot it
- open bios Screen with this " SYSLINUX 6.03 EDD 2014-10-06 Copyright (c) 1994-2014 H Peter Anvin et al " then it restart it self ....
There are Any Boot Option Can I do
There was any ISCSI Configuration Can I do

PetaSAN works with static ips, some ceph components cannot change their ip addresses. you can reserve these ips in your dhcp
Can you try bios boot options, boot in bios not uefi
