Mixed Node Temporary Deployment Suggestion in Production

Dear Experts ,

I know that it is recommended that node hardware specs should needs to be same for best performance . Currently i have 3 nodes with same Storage, Memory but processing speed of 1 node is bit lower and NIC is 1Gig instead of 10Gig.  For the time being i want to run the cluster in production environment and after 6 months when the server will be purchased i want to replace the lower specs node with updated node having same specs as earlier two node . Either this can work

Please suggest that it will be easy to replace the node on later stages , is there any risk of data loss or simply i can replace the node .

Node 1 -   Dell Poweredge R710. 6TB SSD, 32GBRAM, 2x 10Gig NIC

Node 2- Dell Poweredge R710. 6TB SSD, 32GBRAM, 2x 10Gig NIC

Node 3- Dell Poweredge T430 6TB SSD, 32GBRAM, 2x 1Gig NIC

Yes you can replace the nodes using "Replace management node"  in the deployment wizard. f you will be re-using your old disks simply place them in the new servers. Else it is fine to add new empty disks in the new nodes, the data will be automatically rebuilt, you should do this one node at a time and start when the cluster health is OK (i believe the system will enforce this) which means it has all replicas of all the data.
