We're currently running Petasan 2.2 and would like to upgrade to 2.3. Is there an upgrade guide or link for recommended steps to take to accomplish this process?

You should upgrade each node when the cluster is active-clean / OK one node at a time.
You can move paths away from a node before upgrading to specific nodes before upgrading if you wish but is not necessary.
