Due to known bugs in ESX where adding more then 5 NIC's then changes the order (eth0 becomes eth3 etc), it would be good if you could add the MACs of each ethX device on step 4 of the installer.
Example:

eth1 [a1:b1:c1:d1:e1:f1]
etc..
This way end users can quickly check what their ESX config is in relation to what the OS see's.
Due to you can't rename them until you have finished the initial configuration, this work around would be quite helpful to some of us.
Work around is to take note of the macs on the install/boot then cross check ESX before processing to install.
