We first do a regression of v 2.5 with existing 14.2.2 then if all ok we do regression test with 14.2.7, this this typically what we do when upgrading Ceph versions, we also do the same when upgrading kernel.
In 2.4.0 we were going to upgrade to 14.2.4, but reverted due to issues. v 14.2.3, 14.2.4 and 14.2.5 had issues so we decided to skip.
