2.5.1 is available as an online update. fixes bug with journal partition size while adding OSDs, it was caused after moving parameter to central config database. All 2.5.0 users are recommended to upgrade.

If you downloaded the iso between March 3 and 7 and did not perform the online update before adding the OSDs with journal, then yes.
