Only Eth0 works

In Dashboard, on all nodes, in "Node statistics" I don't see any activity on Eth1. Network cards are working, checked. What could be the reason for not using Eth1 ? What can be set up ?

if the first: are both iSCSI 1 and 2 on separate ip subnets ? do the subnets overlap ?
