I am curious if there is any plans for Petasan to officially support encryption at rest on their clusters? This can currently be done with LVM (dm-crypt), and will work with Petasan if you want to manually create your OSD's - so I am just curious if there is any plans to support this in any official capacity, i.e from the dashboard when creating OSD's?
Thanks

we currently use OS level encryption of the VMs that use Petasan as the storage host. This leaves the vm encrypted but does nothing to protect CIFS/NFS stores. Still better than nothing!
