- Add Scrub speed control.
- Enhanced Recovery/Backill speed control.
- Enhanced detection of un-used journal partitions for re-use.
- Detection of network latency congestion.
- Migration from Python 2 to Python 3.
- Ceph Nautilus 14.2.11.
For online upgrades, please follow our Online Upgrade Guide.

One that you didn't mention that I know I am very happy to see is the ability to change the size of iSCSI LUN's in production from the UI! Very much a welcome addition.

from your posts, It is not clear what you want to do. Next version will support S3 from ui with many advanced features, for now you can setup RGW/S3 manually, search for posts here to do this. However you cannot serve the same rbd image as rbd and RGW at the same time, the internal storage format is different. However from client application side you can copy data from one to another.
