Hi Pedro6161,  I had ask previously and the Admin had gracefully provided instructions.  See link below

Forums

We're all anxiously awaits the next release with RWG/S3 support.

Thank you

Hi,

i cannot read the link, i hope this is correct link :

[http]://www.petasan.org/forums/?view=thread&id=735

from that link, i'm still confuse, are RGW use existing pool in RBD or cephfs ?

sorry i'm noob

rgw uses its own pools. rgw cannot read existing rbd images withing rbd pools nor files from cephfs pools. Much like cephfs cannot show you rbd images in rbd pools and rbd cannot show cephfs files. The internal storage representation is different among all 3: rbd, cephfs, rgw.

You can however from a client application copy data from one storage type to another: you can copy data from an rbd image and store it in rgw and vice versa.

do you mean using middleware to moving data between image ?

are in PetaSAN we can migrate or synchronize between different PetaSAN cluster ?

if i enable manual S3 in PetaSAN how to migrate or syncronize my S3 Object Storage from another ? ex: AWS, Wasabi etc ?

Not sure what you mean by this, but as stated you cannot read/access an rbd image from rgw, you can however use a client application to copy data from rbd to rgw and vice versa.

Yes we support replication between clusters for rbd images. For rgw you can configure it manually or wait for 2.8.

No, you can configure multi cluster replication among PetaSAN/Ceph clusters but not with Amazon AWS without external middleware application.
