I installed a 3 node cluster and after final deployment I login to the webgui and none of the nodes show any drives. During install I set a cache drive, a journal drive and 4 OSD drives on each node. What am I doing wrong?

Hard to say without logs, one common issue is memory requirement is 2% of cache partition size, a 1 TB cache drive requires 20 GB ram. Try to re-install without cache drives, you can cached OSDs later after you build the cluster.
