There would not be data loss, but you should take care of not putting too much weight on your cluster as any extra storage added will cause rebalance. You should first lower the recovery/backfill speed and add reduced weights to the OSDs both functions can be done from maintenance tab. You could gradually increase the weight and speed if your hardware is not loaded.
