Hey all,
as the title says I'm looking to change the min size of a pool from 3 to 2, what are the steps I should take to do this safely ? anything in maintenance I should look into?

Nothing in maintenance to do. you would need to go to the pool page and decrease it. there is no network overhead. Note it is not recommended to set min_size to 1 as it could lead to inconsistencies in case the cluster is flapping and not stable, so if you really need to set size to 2 then better leave min size to 2 and not have high availability.
