yes one by one from ui, it should take a minute or less. you can also use command line ceph and write a script to do all if this is better for you.
you can use Maintenance menu to lower backfill speed if this addition will affect client performance, you can also lower the weights of the new osds from same menu and gradually increase them to lower stress on cluster.
