I have two scenarios, I would like an idea.
I- I installed version 2.7.3 on 6 SUN X3-2L X4270 M3 2X 2.9Ghz E5-2690 8-Core 128GB RAM 12x 4Tb each server. what is the best design, make 2 separator clusters if 3 nodes or use the 6 in a cluster? I'm using 40Gb/s switch
II- I have 30 hp virtual store 4130 1x xeon 6 core, 128Gb ram 8x 600Gb SAS, 4x nic and dual SFP+. what would be the best idea to create one or more clusters to have more IOPS and resiliency?
Thanks for bringing petasan to us who live in this world! alone we are nobody and acquiring support is an impulse for you to improve and innovate every day!

You need to use SSDs for journals esle your iops will be reduced significantly

You can use them for NFS and iscsi but if a node goes down then you can not move the iscsi target to another node (they should move automatically but do not always and the management nodes must be available to do this).
