I don't think reporting bucket usage would be a client function. As an Admin or in a charge back situation, I would prefer to have that in the WebUI than to have to go to CLI to get the info.
The others I agree are, but are also CLI functions that are already in the radosgw-admin and would be great addition in the WebUI.
We use applications that expect the bucket to be created already. Just a suggestion if paired with apps that don't/won't create the bucket.

Same here, Veeam for example does not create Buckets
