Looking at the scripts, WARN is a continue condition and will allow the scripts to proceed.
I have gotten the cluster back to a WARN state, but none of the services are starting.
I don't think its loading the configs to start services and create the network IPs.
I will continue this in another thread.

Re 64 GB error :
you can get fix update:
/opt/petasan/scripts/online-updates/update.sh
or download updated iso
Re sdcard:
We tested with some sdcard and it should work. However the OS disk is also used for ceph monitor db as well as stats collection, the mmonitor db could require write intensive when cluster is in recovery state, better use regular SSD.
